About The Inner Game

In the mid-1970s, Tim Gallwey discovered profound insights into experiential learning during his tennis coaching sessions in California. He observed that individuals significantly enhanced their learning through hands-on experiences. This groundbreaking concept was first introduced in his influential 1974 book, “The Inner Game of Tennis”. Initially aimed at tennis players, it evolved into an essential guide for anyone striving to excel in their personal or professional life.

The Inner Game methodology was swiftly adopted by leading companies, including Apple, AT&T, IBM, and Coca-Cola.

Tim Gallwey is widely recognized as the Father of Modern Coaching.

Train the Trainer Program Steps

Application Form

Complete our application form, describing your motivations, professional background, and target market. This is a mandatory step.

Application Approval

Our team reviews your application to ensure alignment with The Inner Game Institute’s vision and goals. Upon approval, we’ll contact you to outline the next steps.

Train the Trainer – 2 Days Online

Interact live with our Inner Game Master Trainers, practicing the methodology and addressing any questions or challenges identified during your online study phase.

Inner Game Methodology – Online Review

Engage with our on-demand, pre-recorded content at your own pace. Deepen your understanding by taking notes and preparing you for interactive discussions during the event.

Certification

Following the two-days live online training and review, participants will be invited to apply the learned content practically. Full details of this step will be provided during the training sessions.

Licensee Agreement

We do not charge upfront licensing fees.

After your application approval, you’ll receive an agreement outlining the terms for using our brand and intellectual property.

License fees are based on a percentage of revenue generated from delivering our programs.

Investment

–
The complete fee for the Train the Trainer program is US $1,350, payable in two installments of US $675 each.

Your investment covers all training phases and includes an official digital badge certifying you as a 2025 Inner Game Facilitator.

Renato Ricci, co-founder of The Inner Game Institute, has been instrumental in advancing the Inner Game philosophy. Working closely with Timothy Gallwey since 2012, Renato brings over 30 years of global expertise in leadership, coaching, mentoring, and executive development. His work spans various international contexts, successfully training over 1,000 professionals globally. Renato has significantly influenced executive performance and organizational culture across numerous countries, including the United States, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Russia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Ukraine, Argentina, and Brazil. Additionally, Renato serves as a board member of Inner Game Resources USA and is a distinguished author of influential books, including “Dare To Be Different” and “Strategic Mentoring”.

Ana Cristina de la Torre, with over 20 years of professional experience, stands out as an Internationally Certified Coach and Inner Game Facilitator. Specializing in Transformational Ontological and Business Coaching, she is also the author of the book “Why, What for, Purpose of Life.” Her vast experience spans both the private and volunteer sectors, where she has significantly contributed to organizational culture programs.
