Working closely with Timothy Gallwey since 2012, Renato brings over 30 years of global expertise in leadership, coaching, mentoring, and executive development. His work spans various international contexts, successfully training over 1,000 professionals globally.
Renato has significantly influenced executive performance and organizational culture across numerous countries, including the United States, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Russia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Ukraine, Argentina, and Brazil.

Felix Grewe has been connected to tennis since early childhood and competed in tournaments for many years. More than 20 years ago, reading The Inner Game of Tennis by Timothy Gallwey transformed his understanding of performance, confidence, and human potential, shaping the foundation of his professional work.
He had the privilege of learning directly from Timothy Gallwey through numerous workshops and personal encounters, and is now a certified coach and facilitator with The Inner Game Institute. He is also a Master Coach certified by the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy (now the Dr. Bock Institute) and a certified Neuromental Sports Coach.
His unique background combines competitive sports experience, international coaching expertise, and the practical application of the Inner Game principles to performance and personal development.
