During my career in Corporate Communications I spent a long time striving for a work-life balance and trying to find a meeting place between my work and the more ‘alternative’ interests I followed outside of work. For most of my career, work and stress won. Then it hit me that it didn’t have to be like that. Life doesn’t have to be a constant trade off or a constant battle between head and heart. So now I do the things I enjoy! I write, research, run seminars, and mentor individual and business clients both in mentoring based practices and communications and media training, and do a bit of teaching – all things I really enjoy!
I have a Diploma in Life Skills Coaching, a Masters in English and a Masters in Public Health and teach Leadership Communications at University level. The Inner Game practices have been a part of my life for over twenty years and as my particular interest is in fostering wellbeing in the workplace and finding more creative ways to approach workplace communications, I’m delighted to deepen my relationship with the Inner Game tools by becoming an Inner Game Methodology facilitator. It has been a privilege to know Tim all these years and to able to learn directly from him. Through the Inner Game Methodology, I hope to be able to offer a dynamic new approach to life and business situations in need of clarity and deeper understanding.

Through my life experiences, my extensive career had led me to a variety of senior management roles withing the telecommunication industry- including that of CEO. My leisure time has also seen me in a variety of sports management and coaching roles. My interests have always been with individuals and in team’s development, it being an integral part on any management role. Through time and with a growing interesting in the importance of developing people and the psychology supporting it, I completed a diploma in coaching.
I first participated in an Inner Game (IG) workshop in 2017, having not previously been aware of its concepts, or methodologies. As I participated in the workshop, I became excited about the IG tools and potential in supporting development and growth. It offered so much for me in my development and for me as coach in developing others. I have since complete the IG facilitator certification. I now use and promote IG tools and methodology in my own day to day practices and in the practice of developing others. It makes so much sense when we use the IG tools and concepts. The tools are simple, easy to use and are an essential support in personal growth development.
